Turn Your Managers into Coaches and become the leader you were made to be. Ken’s content resonates with leaders in ANY capacity delivering the fundamental tactics and principles to current leadership challenges.

This book is a self-help guide for those who are looking to transition from team player to team leader and a learning guide for those in leadership roles who want better results. Leadership is a skill.

Like any other skill, to become an effective leader you must train constantly to develop and improve your leadership skills. I wrote this book for that purpose – to allow leaders to train and develop their leadership skills from anywhere at any time.

Every problem you face, in business and in life, is a leadership problem. Leadership is the most challenging of human endeavors. It is often misunderstood. It can bewilder, mystify, and frustrate even the most dedicated practitioners. Leaders at all levels are often forced to use theoretical guesswork to make decisions and lead their teams. It doesn’t have to be that way.

Like any skill, leadership can be taught and learned. But it requires continuous training and effort to develop your leadership skills. You can’t go to the gym once and expect to be in the best shape of your life. You have to train consistently, multiple times per week, for extended periods of time, to develop your physical capability, developing your leadership skills requires continuous effort.

There are almost as many effective ways of motivating employees as there are ways in leading your business. Of course, there are also innumerable ways to “turn off” your teams and it is equally important to recognize these poor practices so they can be avoided. A disgruntled leader is unlikely to present a shining example to a prospective new employee.

Some business owners, leaders and/or managers prefer to drive rather than lead and this manifests itself in a tense and uneasy atmosphere. Fear destroys confidence as well as pride in one’s place of employment; its effect on productivity is negative and destructive in the long run. Become The Leader You Were Meant To Be.
